Saturna Has Amazing Week in Radio June 13, 2007

Posted by Ryan in Radio, Saturna, Some Delicious Enemy.

As we reported yesterday, we are tremendously excited that we debuted at #190 on the CMJ Top 200!  We had 15 charters this week, with new debuts from KWVA (Eugene, OR), WARG (Summit, IL), WKKL (Cape Cod, MA), WKWZ (Syosset, NY), WRHU (Hempstead, NY), M3 Radio (New York, NY) and more.  These debuts and the continued support of stations like WVVS, KCSU and KPUR made the difference this week. It’s a great start and we hope to build on it for next week. We also saw spins this week from KUOM, KWVA, WMBR, KXCI, KSYM and WRUV. To date we’ve got 99 stations and counting on board.  Thanks to all the stations for their continued support!

We are also pleased that FALK, a German internet radio station has been playing Pop Rocks and it came in at #10 on their top list: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=19030340&blogID=275678747

Unfortunately the power went out and WPTS wasn’t able to send their charts in on time, but good for us Saturna was one of their top 5 CMJ adds: http://www.freelists.org/archives/wpts/05-2007/msg00012.html

And last but not least, JT posted his 100 playlist at KSLU in California, listing Pop Rocks among his plays: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=4307527&blogID=274545133&MyToken=20efab7a-264f-4c74-b0ac-234420e441c4

Thanks everyone for calling in and requesting our songs.  Your support has been amazing!
